Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the tour and where will I be picked up?

The tour lasts approximately 2 hours if we drop you off where we picked you up which is: Frugal MacDoogal 701 Division Street Nashville, TN 37203 (near the Gulch)

If we drop you anywhere else outside from where we pick you up your tour will be 1:45 that way it gives us time to get back to our pick up on time.

Is alcohol allowed on the wagon?

Per Nashville Metro City Council, only cans are allowed on Party Vehicles with an alcohol content no higher than 8% by weight or 10.1% ABV. Per the MNCC and MTLC, no one under 21 is allowed on the wagon if alcohol is being consumed. We also have coolers to keep your drinks cold and provide cups and ice.

Per the City and Beer Board party vehicles are no longer allowed to have and drinks/seltzers on board that are SPIRIT based even if they’re below the 8% alcohol content such as High Noons, White Claw w/Vodka, Onada, Topo Chico any Vodka or Tequila, based seltzers etc.

How many people can fit on the wagon?

The wagon can hold up to 25 people. We require a minimum of 8 people in order for the tour to run.

We will cancel the tour if we don’t meet the 8 person minimum requirement.

Are your wagons wheelchair accessible?

Yes, but please call (615) 975-2488 in advance to set that up.

How can I book a private tour?

You can book online HERE or you can call (615) 975-2488.

Why book a private tour and not just have everyone buy an individual ticket?

A private tour means it’s just your group. If your party is over 12 you actually save money booking private. A public tour means you ride with random people up to our capacity

Can I cancel a tour?

Unfortunately not, our tours are non-refundable because our tractor and wagon come from outside of Nashville, so once we are downtown our schedule can not be easily changed.

EACH TOUR WILL LEAVE PROMPTLY AT IT’S SCHEDULED TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS! IF YOU MISS YOUR TOUR THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.

If it rains will my tour be ruined?

We will evaluate the weather conditions and notify you in a timely manner. If we cancel we will refund the amount you paid.

Do we sell alcohol?

No. We do not sell alcohol. We are strictly a BYOB tour.

Is there music on the wagon?

Of course! Our bartender doubles as a DJ and will keep our top of the line stereo bumping to keep you and your party dancing throughout the tour.

IF YOU ARE ON A TOUR WITH OTHER RANDOM PEOPLE, PLEASE BE PATIENT, WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO PLAY SONGS REQUESTED AS TIME ALLOWS.

Are children allowed on the wagon?

Per the MNCC and MTLC, no one under 21 is allowed on the wagon if alcohol is being consumed.

What is not allowed on the tour?

  • No coolers of any kind.
  • No glass bottles of any kind.
  • No alcohol beverages with an alcohol content higher than 8% by weight or 10.1% ABV.
  • Removing clothing (guys keep your shirts on).
  • Throwing things off the wagon.
  • Blow up dolls or body parts (yes, they’re popular here).
  • Damaging/vandalizing the tractor or the wagon.
  • No weapons of any kind allowed on the wagon.
  • No food allowed on the wagon.
  • No smoking allowed on the wagon.

If our driver or bartender thinks someone is getting out of control, they will give one warning. If the problem persists they reserve the right to kick off the offender with no refund. We love to have a good time, but with great party comes great responsibility.

Will the bartender/driver accept tips?

Absolutely! Tipping is encouraged as our workers are paid on gratuity. Our drivers and bartenders do a great job, so let’s take care of them. Gratuity can be added to your payment in advance if you would like to do it that way.

What do I need to bring?

Clothing for weather (jackets, gloves, raincoats, etc.). A Government issued ID, your favorite drinks, and a good time!

What should I wear?

Dress according to the weather. Here in Tennessee we have two seasons: blazing summer and freezing winter, so dress comfortably and bring plenty of sunscreen and water during the hotter months.

Do I have to sign a liability waiver?

Yes! Everyone participating must provide a valid Government photo ID at the time of the tour. The waiver must be signed before arrival in order to expedite the check in process. If you have not signed the wavier please arrive 15 minutes early so you can sign a digital copy before boarding the wagon.

We do not provide or accept paper copies.

Is there a fee if someone gets sick on the wagon?

A cleaning fee will be assessed to the customer’s card in the amount of $350 for any damage to the interior or exterior of the tractor, wagon, or anything attached to the rig/vehicle per offense which includes urinating, vomiting, defecating, and vandalism.

Is the wagon enclosed?

Per the Nashville Metro City Councils Ordinance 6.77, all party vehicles need to be enclosed. Our wagon is now enclosed per this restriction.
