Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the tour and where will I be picked up?
The tour generally lasts about 2 hours. Pick up is at Nashville Wine and Spirits (529 4th Ave South Nashville, TN 37210). You will need to walk through the parking lot on the side of the building to the back, close to where the Porta Potties are located. We provide (Gray) Porta Potties which stay locked until we get there to keep homeless, Uber drivers and others out so they are kept clean for Big Green customers only.
Is alcohol allowed on the wagon?
Per Nashville Metro City Council, only cans are allowed on Party Vehicles with an alcohol content no higher than 8% by weight or 10.1% ABV. Per the MNCC and MTLC, no one under 21 is allowed on the wagon if alcohol is being consumed. We also have coolers to keep your drinks cold and provide cups and ice.
How many people can fit on the wagon?
The wagon can hold up to 25 people. We require a minimum of 8 people in order for the tour to run.
We will cancel the tour if we don’t meet the 8 person minimum requirement.
Does the wagon have AC?
Yes, the wagon is fully air-conditioned.
Are your wagons wheelchair accessible?
Yes, but please call (615) 975-2488 in advance to set that up.
How can I book a private tour?
You can book online HERE or you can call (615) 975-2488.
Why book a private tour and not just have everyone buy an individual ticket?
A private tour means it’s just your group. If your party is over 12 you actually save money booking private. A public tour means you ride with random people up to our capacity
Can I cancel a tour?
Unfortunately not, our tours are non-refundable because our tractor and wagon come from outside of Nashville, so once we are downtown our schedule can not be easily changed.
EACH TOUR WILL LEAVE PROMPTLY AT IT’S SCHEDULED TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS! IF YOU MISS YOUR TOUR THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.
If it rains will my tour be ruined?
No. We are covered with a see through cover so you will not miss anything, the show will go on. We have a wagon cover that will keep you and your guests as dry as possible. If there is a chance of rain, make sure to dress accordingly. If the weather is extreme, we may cancel and provide your group with either a refund or a rain check. Rain or shine, Big Green Tractor Tours is ready to party!
NO PONCHOS AND POP UP TENTS ON OUR WAGONS. YOU’RE COVERED.
Do we sell alcohol?
No. We do not sell alcohol. We are strictly a BYOB tour.
Is there music on the wagon?
Of course! Our bartender doubles as a DJ and will keep our top of the line stereo bumping to keep you and your party dancing throughout the tour.
IF YOU ARE ON A TOUR WITH OTHER RANDOM PEOPLE, PLEASE BE PATIENT, WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO PLAY ALL SONGS REQUESTED AS TIME ALLOWS.
Are children allowed on the wagon?
Per the MNCC and MTLC, no one under 21 is allowed on the wagon if alcohol is being consumed.
What is not allowed on the tour?

- No glass bottles of any kind.

Will the bartender/driver accept tips?
Absolutely! Tipping is encouraged as our workers are paid on gratuity only. Our drivers and bartenders do a great job, so let’s take care of them. Gratuity can be added to your payment in advance if you would like to do it that way.
What do I need to bring?
Clothing for weather (jackets, gloves, raincoats, etc.). A Government issued ID, your favorite drinks, and a good time!
What should I wear?
Dress according to the weather. Here in Tennessee we have two seasons: blazing summer and freezing winter, so dress comfortably and bring plenty of sunscreen and water during the hotter months.
Do I have to sign a liability waiver?
Yes! Everyone participating must provide a valid Government photo ID at the time of the tour. The waiver must be signed before arrival in order to expedite the check in process. If you have not signed the wavier please arrive 15 minutes early so you can sign a digital copy before boarding the wagon.

A cleaning fee will be assessed to the customer’s card in the amount of $350 for any damage to the interior or exterior of the tractor, wagon, or anything attached to the rig/vehicle per offense which includes urinating, vomiting, defecating, and vandalism.
